Buying seats

Set quantity 2 or more on a course at checkout. We automatically create a team workspace for you with that many seats.

Your team dashboard

As the purchaser you own the workspace at /team:

• Invite members by email — they get an invitation to sign in with their own account
• Assign seats to members for the course you bought
• Track progress — lessons completed, percentage, certificate status, and expiration per member
• At-risk flags — members with no activity for 7+ days are highlighted so you can nudge them
• Revoke seats — free a seat and reassign it to someone else anytime

For team members

If you were invited: click the link in your invitation email (or sign in with the email you were invited at) and the assigned course appears under My Learning. Your progress is visible to the team owner; your credentials and other courses stay private.

Rules of thumb

• One seat = one person, swappable — revoke and reassign as staff changes
• Members don't need to buy anything; the seat covers the course
• Certificates belong to the member who earned them and count toward their own CE cycle
