14-Day Guarantee

If a digital product is substantially not as described on its product page, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. Email shop@gtq.tax with your order number and a short note about what fell short.

What Counts

• The product is materially different from its description and included-items list.
• The file is corrupt or will not open, and we cannot fix it quickly.
• You were charged in error or double-charged.

What Doesn't

• Buyer's remorse after the material was fully delivered as described.
• Disagreement with general tax information in an educational guide.
• Requests made after 14 days (though talk to us — we are reasonable people).

Services

Consultations booked through this store are free. For paid firm services, refund terms are set in your engagement letter with Tax Pro Foundry, not by this policy.

How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days of approval. Refunded download links are deactivated.
